Coffee in Ticino

I've seen in various Swiss households, they seem to use Nespresso machines. In Italy, I've seen that they use a macchinnetta.

What do they use in Ticino?

Re: Coffee in Ticino

In Ticino they grow and roast their own coffee beans. To make the best coffee in the world.

Yes, that part is clear. I'm wondering whether they mine bauxite to handmake their own artisanal moka pots, or create their own just-in-time ground capsules.

I have evidence to suggest they mine their own Bauxite

Everyone in Ticino has one of those - so you can quit feeling special.

Most places serve Chicco D'Oro, which must be the nastiest coffee I've ever tasted. I do my best to stay away from Nestle products, I find it hard to support such a terrible company.

Lavazza or Illy coffees with a De'Longhi espresso machine works great.
