I have a dilemma here hope the chicken fans can help.

I love fried chicken;however, I try to avoid non-bio chicken(due to heavy antibiotics usage) as much as possible. It might come as stupid to some but it is just a personal choice.

So, do any of those recommended places have bio-chicken option?
For Poulet Im Chorbli, as opposed to crusty fried, if a trip to the wilds of Ausserschwyz suits your fancy you might try Schlüssel in Tuggen:
http://www.poulet-ole.ch/angebot

It doesn't specifically say bio, but rather:

"Unsere Poulets stammen aus Geflügel, das nach den strengen, schweizerischen Tierschutznormen gehalten wird.
Besonders tierfreundliche Stallhaltung mit Aussenklimabereich, (Wintergarten- oder Freilandhaltung mit Weidezugang).
Die Fütterung enthält pflanzliche Proteine und keine genmanipulierten Bestandteile."

You could call to ask for further information.

(I've not been to Pouletberg linked previously, so can't compare the two.)

Ok, but is it vegan too?

Once a week If you have the chicken craving you cannot wait a few days.

Here an other all week option. Cripsy Chicken Dietikon https://www.crispychicken.ch/
Did you try the crispy fish there? Anything like GB?

I think the chicken was, yes. There is a problem with free range chicken though, these darn worms, one can not guarantee.

Run by the same guys as The Bite burger place and the Brisket so it should be good.
Tried this last week, was pretty decent though I would stick to the standard fried chicken on the menu. We sampled the parm, and Buffalo hot and it wasn't all that.

I am not sure If they still offer the fish. I was there yesterday (for the very first time). The fish was not on the menu above the counter nor in the delivery leaflets available in store. So, the information on the website may no longer be accurate.

Take-out and eat-in seems to be CHF 2 cheaper then what you can see on-line which are delivery prices. For ex. the single chicken is CHF 19, Hummus and Mutabbal CHF 5, flatbread CHF 3.

The chicken was not super crispy but o.k. Seems to be one coat only. The most prominent spice used was cayenne pepper powder. Not that it means it is hot but noticeable. Sure it is not American style, thus no gravy. But at least it is an option to get fried chicken even after 9pm.

Last time I checked they did not have fried chicken. Did that change? (The fried chicken burger does not count)
At least the picture on Google would indicate so.

Btw: The Cole Slaw from Freihof is very delicious. Added some celery seeds at home and it was perfect. The crust is not super thick and was unfortunately already a bit soggy when I arrived home. Next time I will eat in instead of take out.

Re: Zurich Fried Chicken

Yard bird personally was not that awesome.
only reservations can be seated as it is popular for some reason, but it was rather disappointing taste. It would only be a one time thing

Unfortunatly, Funky Chicken at Löwenplatz http://www.thefunkychicken.ch has no fried chicken (or has not ???)

Anyway, this leaves us with the offer of:"

Chikeria in Oerlikon http://chickeria.ch.

Williy's Fried Chicken at the Freihof tramstop and Restaurant near Letzgrund: http://www.freihofaltstetten.ch/will...american-style

Cripsy Chicken Dietikon https://www.crispychicken.ch/

At least till last month that all we had. The recently opened Yarbird at Weststrasse https://www.yardbird.ch/ is offering fried chicken. Not been yet, but at least it looks good . And I hope it is as well when you eat it.

If it fails and it is a disappointment there is still plan B:
