Is there any particular reason you don't want to discuss it, or similar recipes, made with other devices? | | | | | What more reason do I need other than it was never intended to be a product comparison ('vs')?
Can a bored Mod please change the subject of this to 'Traubert's Instant Pot Chicken Stock Recipe'
Traubert doesn't own any other kind of magical pot, so that should suffice.

Traubert doesn't own any other kind of magical pot, so that should suffice. | | | | | It's either about the pot or the recipe; you can't have both. You talk so hip, man, you're twisting my melon, man. Which is it Traubert? Either way, you should totally add "Traubert doesn't own any other kind of magical pot" as a signature.

Makes little sense or utility otherwise.

Actually you can just change it back to what is was:
Instant Pot - Making Chicken Stock
The reason for this is that I am going to create more recipes for those who have Instant Pots.

This is the Food and Drink section, I should be able to post whatever distinct threads I want to, one thread per recipe for whichever pot I fancy.

Why do I only spot this thread now...
I splashed out (thanks to some minor $£$£ windfall and a family member's staff discount) and got myself a Moulinex Cookéo+ recently. Love the appliance and am feeling a little bit like my avatar atm a witch over her cauldron trying out new stuff and recipes.
I am quite versed in using a normal pressure cooker, as this was a standard appliance at home and I owned one as well too. Thus the main and plain stuff won't be anything to write home about.
Primarily, as I am a keen host and like to create multi course meals for my guests, the benefit I love most, is that the Cookéo frees up one ring on my hob as it is a free standing appliance, also allows me to keep stuff warm until serving.
Recently, I set it up with a chilli con carne, then used the time it took cooking to advance in my latest crochet projects....30 mins later all was done to perfection.
One pot dishes turn out really lovely cooked with it, we've already made some rice based dishes with various ingredients added to it. Jacket spuds for Gschwellti, but for instance I also made a chicken stroganov style meal in it and we were not happy at all and thought it better made the classic way.
Of course, this thing is a pure luxury (unless you live in a bedsit without hob) and of course anything you can prep in it, you can also prep the classic way on the hob.
For me it was money well spent as i can quicky come up with one pot dishes for just daughter #3 and me as well as mentioned, more space on the hob by having like a fifth ring with the cookéo.

Just received an early Christmas present, my new Instant Pot
Made vegetable soup, nice and quick, now waiting for that thing to pressure down and to start the boeuf bourguignon.
