When I was in Geneva last week I only saw sacks of general baking flour and the occasional sack of whole wheat flour at Migros and Coop. I am hoping to find a store that carries specialty flours, such as type 45 pastry flour (whole wheat pastry would be a dream come true), Type 80 high extract for bagels and bread, as well as alternative grain flours like buckwheat, spelt, etc...

Where can I find this stuff in Geneva?
