Delivered food may actually cost you more than eating a pasta at a restaurant.
Have a walk around, find a Coop or Migros supermakets nearby. Ours in Zug have a good selection of salads and hot meals, not too pricey. And you can make your own salad, pack it into a take away container and take it to the office.
I am giving a very obvious option, as it will save you time looking into smaller shops and cafes. That you can do when its warmer and when you are more acquainted with the area.

Re: Food daily Options

Food delivered (like Pizza delivery) tends to be more expensive than in other countries not just due to "everything being more expensive", but due to that kind of product being delivered by a human being, ie causing a lot of labour for the restaurant. And as we all know, while most food in Switzerland costs more than abroad, the more (Swiss) labour there is in it, the more expensive it actually becomes. Which is way imported electronics are hardly if at all more expensive than abroad (low taxes make easily up for the bit of Swiss labour needed to handle them), while products that involve lots of labour can reach twice or even three times German prices. But so does labour. (A low-paid job in Germany is approx 1500€, in Switzerland it's about 2.5-3 times of that.)

As you might have already realized, very few Swiss actually order food for lunch. Unless they really don't care about their budget, it is. Of course, if you're on a 100k salary and only having yourself to feed, 30 CHF per lunch is easily doable (approx 7000 CHF per year) but I'd prefer to spend (parts) of that money for something else.

If you're using Take Away, prices drop to around 10 CHF for a cheap meal, usually a bit more for "meatier" choices (meat is expensive, too..) - cheaper take outs from Migros, Coop can be had for even a bit less. They're not bad actually for lunch, and you can still have a more expensive choice sometimes without breaking the bank. Of course, plenty of Swiss also just take some left over food from yesterday's dinner as lunch with them, or prepare some sandwiches (or buy some sandwiches - a bit cheaper than "proper" hot take away food, again)

Personally I'd not spend more than 10 CHF on average. Go cheap on some days, splurge on others.

If you want to eat healthy and cheap just cook some more in the evening and take your own lunch along.

if you work for a big company you could consider convincing your company and co-workers to try felfel - it's not a delivery system though.
