White Radish / Daikon

So on a whim I bought one of the big white radishes, having done some research it seems the most common uses are generally shredding and using in a salad, or grating and using essentially as a garnish.

Just wondering if anyone has any other uses for it.

I like it most steamed/simmered and eat it with a spring onion miso sauce (negi miso).

Goes perfectly well in rice paper rolls. Eliminates the need of noodles.

I love it in homemade miso soup as well, or mixed into a cold buckwheat noodle salad.
