Some of you might remember I had a thread last year re difficulties I had with the right flour and baking things here, things not turning out well (in particular my fave fruit loaf made with tea and no eggs).

Well I eventually got around to starting baking again last week, using the advice posters gave me and had success!

Only thing is I can't show you the tealoaf as I've eaten all of the slices with butter, it was too delish

Might be brave and try some scones and shortbread next week
