Just a reminder that if you can go out safely, check out your small local grocery store. Some bakeries and butcher shops have a small corner for staples as well.
While I was happy with Coop@Home prior to the crisis, I have stopped using them and now find it easier to go the village shop.
Although small, our village grocer is well stocked with the basics - yes, they even had TP while the rest of Switzerland was panicking. And because it is small, you are in and out quickly, minimizing exposure. (Hand sanitizer and gloves are at the entrance.)
I feel a tad guilty - I had sort of forgotten about the village shop, got into a routine of shopping at the huge Coop a ways away. But I'll continue doing more of my shopping at the local grocer even after this crisis.
Also check out local farms. For those in the Wädenswil/left side area, Haab Hofladen has wonderful fresh veggies: https://www.haab-gemuese.ch/was.html
And if you can go out safely, perhaps ask your neighbors who can't if you can pick something up for them.

I hope they do- their stuff is expensive. | | | | | Farmy gave me store credit, finally heard back. I’m OK with that...gave the cheese to a friend who is out delivering beer from the local pub she owns. | The following 6 users would like to thank Susie-Q for this useful post: | |

They've taken off all gardening products off the shelves. I was hoping to buy some garden soil today but it's no longer for sale. Not happy.

They have suspended their home delivery service. Maybe other retailers offer the same or better. I'll be doing the same for geraniums when/if they are available.

Luckily, we have a Landi nearby so I can order from there. The cheapest soil is at the very end of their assortment.... you have to keep scrolling and scrolling. |

Coop have decided they're not delivering in our area apparantly, and I got all the way through to the payment page on Le Shop for a delivery on 21 April, when it said credit cards are only accepted for deliveries within 14 days. Postal and email billing has been withdrawn, and all other payment methods cannot be used for deliveries outside of 14 days. |

They release new deliveries one day at a time and some days there were none for my area too (I think they do every other day here) but eventually I got one although that was only the start of it. It was a very long and frustrating process as their server repeatedly crashed at various stages of the confirmation and payment process and I came very close to throwing in the towel several times. I am really not at my best in the early hours of the morning.
I think postal and email billing is still ok with leshop if you had used it previously otherwise you’re screwed as they have no delivery slots for less than 14 days away.

In case anyone is interested, TopCC is now welcoming individual buyers. The rates are more or less similar to Migros or Coop if you buy smaller quantities. But bulk purchases are possible and then they are relatively cheap. The stock is huge - both pantry staples and fresh. At the entrance ask for assisstance.

I guess your order is more than 14 days away so you can't select the credit card option. I got this too and was able to select eletronic invoice. Does this option working for you?

I didn't use the electrionic invoice option before, but used the credit card option to pay an order less than 14 days away. Maybe this also counts as 'credit history'?

Must be a new rule as I (finally) managed to make an order with Migros about a week ago for delivery more than 2 weeks into the future.
Makes no sense to me. You’d think the further into the future the order is, the longer they have to be sure — or do they only take the money at the time of delivery? I guess that’s it.
How about cash? Do they give the option of paying cash on delivery, or debit card via mobile terminal?

LeShop's payment policies are completely ridiculous. I was ready to spend nearly 300chf the other night only to find out that I had no way to pay them! I sent them a message and asked them on Facebook. I doubt that I will hear back from them.

I've saved my shopping basket and have no problem getting delivery dates just after midnight, just had delivery date of 23 April on the screen, but am unable to complete the payment.
