it's not 100chf, it's product from the 100 products list.
There's a minimum order value of 100 CHF.

If products are unavailable, so that your total order value dips below 100 CHF, you have to try to make it up to over 100 again. I found this hard to do because a) even my replacement products became unavailable or b) error messages and unhelpful user interface.

Even Kassensturz took that up. There is not cheese, yoghurt, fresh milk .... nothing like that in those 100 products. It was set up for the most vulnerable who definitely can not leave home - they will starve or die of lack of nutritional values instead.

Re: Grocery and related home delivery during COVID-19

Due to Doctor's orders to stay home, have ordered from the Top 100 and was able to get some fresh fruit and veg (apples, bananas, lemons, carrots, cucumbers) and tinned basics. Arrived via post a bit battered, but am not complaining, only to say I might have lost an apple or two thru the gaping hole in the top corner of the box

Have yet to try the Migros Amigos; has everyone been faring well there?

All the best and stay healthy!

Re: Grocery and related home delivery during COVID-19

Just wanted to revive this thread. Got our first Avec delivery today and we're very happy with the service. They sent a text message 3 mins before the van arrived with a link to track it. Everything was well packed and we were advised of a couple of items thet weren't available the day before. The mushrooms were the best we've bought in a good while. It's a very good service if you need any groceries within 24hrs and are in the two areas that they supply.

Re: Grocery and related home delivery during COVID-19

Time to add the crap service from Migros - Do - It - Garden

Ordered a few things on the 19th for delivery on or before the 24th.
Received automated email on the 25th saying it's delayed by a few days.. Of course by now the store is re-openned so tried calling them to cancel, no joy, gave up waiting after ages..
Used the contact-us for, still no reply, went to the local store and asked them.. To told that I can only enquire or cancel via the contact-us form.

I ordered from them in March and the stuff came in 3 days.. This time crappy service.

Here is a Farm to Home option that my wife's family is using:
www.hofladen-express.ch/

minimum order quantity is pretty high, and free shipping only on orders above 199, but they have been reliable.
