Ground rice

Does anyone know where I can buy ground rice from? Itís not the same as rice flour. Thanks

You could try the ethnic shops, Iíve never seen it in the regular stores here.

My wife makes rice dumplings with it. The Bengali name is soi fita, rather versatile https://www.afeliaskitchen.com/soi-fita/
