I'd just like to recommend this boutique/concept restaurant to those visiting or living in Geneva or Iserables. The name's "
Chez Boubier" and they typically serve only one main dish, i.e. a veal entrecote in a secret, proprietary "Cafe De Paris" sauce that is truly exquisite IMO. All mains are preceded by a proprietary house salad and 3 servings of fries. The only things that you can order apart from the main and appetiser are beverages and desserts although Cafe Union in Iserables serves a few more dishes that seems to be the exception. I've never visited the joints in Switzerland but have been to the now-closed London branch 4-5 times: great stuff! Prices are typically about CHF 55 per person but can be much higher depending on what you order for dessert and drinks.
I also recommend "
La Cote" in Wiedikon, Zurich. Aemtlerstrasse 26 I think. Another great Entrecote Cafe De Paris but a different, more mustardy sauce.
