Cream Issue
Hi!
am new in this forum..
have an issue with cream to be used for cakes..
for baking i need (1) a cream for making ganache and marble sauce & (2)a cream (preferably a non dairy one )to make whipped cream for layering and decorating cakes..
am utterly confused as which one to go for in the grocery store..am living in Zurich..
in india we use amul fresh cream for the first one and Tropolite cream( non dairy one) for the 2nd one..
please help me out on this..
