Re: Home Brewers

I used to ... back in Aus ... it was great, a bunch of us would meet once a month to clean & sterilise everything, set it all up, and let it bubble away ... then bottle the one from last month and cellar it all ... and finally split up the goodies from a few months before. Waiting for that first batch to mature was the hardest part of it all, at least until I left the country to come here ... :'(

I'd be willing to take it up again with a suitable group, hmm, now I have an idea ... does anyone know where to get home brewing gear?

Re: Home Brewers

Within Switzerland there are some great home brew stores. I buy all my stuff from Brau und Rauch who are up in Aargau, SIOS Gmbh is also very good

Hard to believe but Switzerland has the most microbreweries per capita in the whole world
