I agree with you balanced diet is the way to go if you consistently do this.

I wouldn’t say that movie has been dismissed, a few medical professionals questioned certain aspects of it specifically the cloudy blood after meat eating vs plant.For sure a lot of the plant based theories are especially valid for obese or people with high cholesterol that need to get things under control quickly. Plant based gives just as much nutrition as meat but takes a bit of planning and preparation to make sure you are getting what a human needs to thrive.

If your eating meat, veg and spuds then no need to worry.

Again I’m a meat eater.
