where to get non-lettuce greens in/around Lausanne?

I am looking for a place which reliably stocks mustard greens of all varieties, broccoli rabe, kale (though that may be a North American thing), and other non-lettuce type greens. The only place I've found thus far is the Vevey Saturday market, so it would be nice to find something closer to home.

I'm looking for hefty dark-green greens, not arugula (rochet), radicchio (chicory), or endive.

Does anyone have a reliable vendor?

Have you tried the Saturday/Wednesday markets in Lausanne? There are some interesting local vendors on rue de l'ale, place Palud and rue de Bourg.

MarkJ - thanks - I should have been more specific. I am looking for a grocery store/supermarket of some kind, which is open/available more than once or twice/week.

Kale is a Portuguese things actually! :P Go to any Portuguese store early on Saturday morning & you will find kale & green cabbage.

Broccoli rabe can be found at the Lausanne market Wed & Sat.

I just saw all this stuff in a big Co-op, but.... outside Zurich. It used to be Carrefour, but they kept most of the exotic products. Just try to find out where the Portuguese and other emigrants do their shopping, and you might get all these vegetables.
