Re: Dried milk powder?

Well yes, it's powdered dried milk, what do you expect? Skimmed or full cream may be more or less common in the shops, but I fail to see how the product could be any different in other countries.
Weird what people read into plain messages.

Swiss shops only sell skimmed milk powder. (Didn't see that sh*t in Africa). If you want full cream powder here you need to go to an Asian or African shop.

After spending a few milkless weeks in Nigeria for example, milk powder tastes like heaven. Back here it drops back to .... being milk powder

Both Migros and Coop have dried milk powder, 500 gr/4.10sfr (I use with cocoa to make my own unsweetened hot cocoa blend)....
Could you elaborate that? Or is it a secret recipe?

you get dry milk powder in migros,(have a good look in the milk section, it is normally placed near the condensed milk) and you even get it in skt, the srilankan shop in quellenstrasse.

I went to SKT (SK Trading Gmbh) for the first time today. I bought Nestle Nido instant full cream milk powder in a 400g can. It cost CHF 6.90, expires in a month and they have very few left from this stock. Also in 1,800g cans. It tastes nice if not too diluted.
