Throw some oak logs on one side and a pizza stone on the other...voila...wood fired pizza.

Smoked Pork Loin with grapefruit and maple glaze.
Smoked on indirect heat one hour with white oak
Moved to direct heat (flame from wood) for 15 minutes
Finished with three layers maple and grapefruit glaze (might have been some tangerine too).
Served with heavy pasta and Roquefort cream sauce.
