Piña Colada cupcakes (coconut with key lime custard) and whipped cream cream cheese frosting - for a baby shower. Yum.

Re: Post photos of what you cook and bake in Switzerland

my son and i decided that from now on we'd bake a snack for him to take to school each week as we couldn't decide on anything in the stores. each week now i let him pick one of my recipes and he makes whatever it is just about all by himself, so far these are my favorites!

blueberry muffins with and without crumble topping!

Re: Post photos of what you cook and bake in Switzerland

Some of the last recipes we have made in our Swiss free time have been published in the following blog: www.cuisinedesign.es

Recipes have been translated into English as well in order to share with everybody. Be patient and check it regularly. There are many recipes in the pipeline.

Enjoy them and comment!

Regards,
jorge

Thank you so much for this! I've had a similar version of this cake at the London Review of Books cafe in London (they often have gf options) and was craving it recently, so this is perfect timing.

I'm going to try to make it this weekend - I can't wait!

The Martha Stewart's birthday cake I made for a friend this weekend. It's a 4 layer vanilla sponge, covered in almond Swiss meringue buttercream and then covered in Swiss meringue

I got them at MarktKauf, but I guees you could easily find in Zürich. There was today a market at HB and probably this is a good place.
