As for the standard curry sauce that goes with roti canai, no you won't get that other than at a singaporean/malaysian place; but prawn or fish curry sauce is pretty good too.

P.S. The (South Indian) type of roti you mention and pictured above is also called paratha in many parts of India (roti in Lanka, Singapore, Malaysia).

ONly small correction it was Paneer Tikka Masala and not Shahi Paneer.. though most of the Paneer dishes look quite similar :-)

The instructions for the valentine's cake are on my blog.

The Super Mario cake:
- Bascially a chocolate cake baked in the football pitch cake pan; cover with chocolate buttercream.
- Roll-out approx. 750g blue sugarpaste/roll-out icing - I coloured it with a little black paste food colouring, but only kneaded it in as far as getting a marbled night-sky effect.
- The mario is modelled with sugarpaste - just as you would do with play-doh. I used a toothpick to help him stand (remove before giving to the kids ;) )
- The stars are just cut-outs of rolled-out sugarpaste in ready-to-use colours green, yellow, red and blue.
- The white stars were fun. I mixed a little white food colour powder with some water. Took a (clean/new) toothbrush, dipped it into the "paint" and just flicked it all over the cake. I also had a template to try and make a milky way sort of curve.

Of course, it helps if you have all the ingredients, colours and tools at hand. The main reason I started up my shop :D

Again, not in Switzerland, but still standard Swiss fare (for some) — Bratwurst with onions and Rösti...

Sorry, onions in butter was the best I could do — though I added mustard after the photo. :)

Anything with (REAL) brown sugar is definitely my weakness...good thing I've found a recipe to make my own so I can stop having it imported! :)

I bake, bake, bake, like it's going outta style and the photos are endless...but here are my Clone of a Cinnabon Cinnamon Buns for all you Americans out there!
