First attempt at making macarons and...well, not as perfect as those from Laduree......but...my nephew saying they "almost look like the real macarons" made my day...

No photo because they look disgusting, but I just made mashed potatoes with half an avocado instead of butter. Taste good, though--and they'd be perfect for Saint Patrick's Day!

1.Peas stuffed, aloo tikki.

Shallow fried mashed Potato with spicy peas stuffing. Along with mint chutney.

2.Avacado and Vanilla smoothi.
