Yes, I did the tofu myself, mostly following this video, with some modifications:

That is cracker-bread. Hard and crispy. Made with a mix of white, wholemeal and rye flour and flavoured with cumin, fennel and corridaner, with olive oil and balsamic vinegar! They were great.
