Potato Starch?

Anyone come across potato starch (or potato flour) in CH? If you have experience with Italian cooking you'll know what I mean. Any leads would be helpful -thanks!

Re: Potato Starch?

"Kartoffelstärke"= Potato starch, can be found in both the Migros or Co-op.
You can also find it as "Kartoffelmehl" = potato flour, in any health (reform) shops.

definitely cheaper in the Migros or Co-op.
