Three Prawns in my noodles !

Ok, so I order the Singapore noodles meal at Suan Long Chinese (Bahnof Enge) and I am served a meal with only 3 prawns in my noodles.
My colleague ordered the same dish a week earlier, and he received a healthy serving of 6 prawns.

[When placing the order, we requested the meal be prepared without the Pork which is typically served with this meal]

Has the price of prawns on the world markets been affected by the BP oil spill !
How can any self respecting establishment serve a customer 3 prawns as part of a main meal ?

Three prawns in my noodles,
And I’m still slurping along
The Cantonese are chasing me
DimSung fly, right on by
But I’m singing a happy song

The problem is we have no real baseline. Was your friend lucky and got more than he should or were you unlucky and got fewer...

We need a poll: What is the correct amount of prawns?

Re: Three Prawns in my noodles !

An absolute disgrace I say. In Aussie slang the establishment would be considered to be
"coming the raw prawn with you"
which means in laymans terms not taking you very seriously.
A bloody disgrace....

That's it.
I am hereby boycotting "Singapore noodles meal" at the Suan Long at Bahnhof Enge.

Join me...we'll meet every third friday and eat dishes with atleast 6 prawns...right outside their restaurant...in broad daylight !

Rotten prawns! Rotten prawns! You don't know how lucky you were. We had give our prawn shells to him and pay him to cook it then pay him to serve it back to us without the shells and one grain of rice. And we had to eat it off the floor and lick the floor clean afterwards.

Suan Long at Enge is a horrible restaurant, I dont think ive ever enjoyed a meal there. Stingy portions and mediocre quality.

That a restaurant would serve a meal in this fashion is simply unacceptable. Sure, had I been awaiting a handout at a relief camp, I would have been eternally grateful. We were looking forward to a dining experience during lunch hour with colleagues.

When we voiced our concerns the restaurant was prepared to do nothing !
We will not be eating there again and they have lost some good paying customers...
