I'm also looking for a new delicious (& quick!!) chocolate cake recipe.
I have checked out a few of the links attached to this thread but any tips on which one works well & tastes great???

I always use this one bowl chocolate cake recipe when I want a quick and easy cake ( http://www.marthastewart.com/340315/...chocolate-cake ). It's really chocolate-y, too.

You can get buttermilk in COOP or Migros (I forget if it's sauermilch or buttermilch) but it's in the section near the drinkable jogurts.

Safflower oil is just another sort of vegetable oil. You can use sunflower or any other mild vegetable oil.
