| | FA Cup Third Round agaion... another upset?
Following on from last Januarys very enjoyable upset, Leeds Utd. this time are pitched away to Arsenal. Leeds are one league higher this year and playing pretty well, not looking out of place in a play off position but apart from some memorable FA cup encounters over the years there has never been quite so much rivalry with them as there has with Leeds Man U.
Personally, Arsenal have always been my favourite London team and when I lived in the smoke I often used to sit with the home fans when Leeds visited, always having great banter with the home fans.
Predictions? I doubt Leeds can do it, 3-1 to the Gunners this time which will allow Leeds to concentrate on the important target this year.

And ManU v Liverpool.
Of course I want the 'pool to win, but another defeat might just precipitate the long overdue departure of Herr Hodgson |

Yes, I forgot that there might be some other games this weekend. Here's the full 3rd round fixtures for this weekend.

Would it be classed as an upset if Norwich City actually beat Leyton Orient and got through to the 4th round???

You know I was looking at the Lawro prediction on Arsenal/Leeds and thought to myself that there might be an upset there. But as Beckford is flying high with the Toffees, it might be hard (actually he ain't playing much is he?).
Arsenal are fantastic until they get into the area. Pass pass pass pass pass....erm....hello?
I predict 2-2.
I also reckon Liverpool will somehow play like a team and beat ManU - thus delaying the inevitable...!!

Just into the 2nd half and Leeds have scored a penalty. 0-1
Could get interesting now!

Depressing. Utterly.
You'd think being a gooner we wouldn't be surprised anymore.
Having said that, penalty? No? what?

Mr Hodgson has left Liverpool and Kenny Dalglish is now acting manager. It's a tough life for managers in the premiership...

Bets are off for tomorrow's game. Things are looking up. An inspired Liverpool team is a force to be reckoned with.

Well Liverpool are out courtesy of a Berbatov pike and half twist penalty. The pen was taken by Giggs but Berbaflop won it, the judges giving him a 7.5 on the FINA scale.
