Six nations online?

Hi,

Does anyone know where I can watch Six Nations games online for free preferably? Or even listen to commentary for that matter?

I'm stymied by the "UK only" approach of the BBC and too lazy to go to the pub and pay for over priced Guinness.

I'm willing to bend the rules if necessary!
