Fair play to Afghanistan, well deserved.

At one point (7/63) the Windies looked a very good chance to be all out for less than 100, to lose by more than 300 runs.
Bears repeating: | Quote: | | | | The joke(s) will continue to flow as long as England continue to provide the comedy.
At least this time they have the Windies for company.

What a match? AB all the way. To come back from a previous loss and beat the Windies takes a marvelous performance. | Quote:

I feel like Pakistan are a generation behind in terms of ODI cricket with their slow scoring rate and low totals.
I think the lack of decent T20 cricket is affecting them quite badly!

Porsch1909, I think its general lack of cricket (of any form) that affecting the Pakistan team. Plus, I believe they have politicized their Cricket way too much. Otherwise why should a country's PM run or be involved in Cricket?? Beats me! | Quote: | | | | | I feel like Pakistan are a generation behind in terms of ODI cricket with their slow scoring rate and low totals.

The 2009 attack on the Sri Lanka cricket team was the turning point and sadly politics made situation even worse. But I still don't understand why Pakistan is betting on old wounded horses and they should also get a new coach. Basically they need complete overhaul. | Quote: | | | | | I feel like Pakistan are a generation behind in terms of ODI cricket with their slow scoring rate and low totals.

Southee is now fit to attack Australia so lets hope it will not be one sided match. | Quote: | | | | | NZ v Aus - Should be a cracker.

But they had some super stars in their team then. No superstars in the current team |

Ireland did first upset with win over West Indies. Can UAE repeat that against India? |

Beats me! | | | | | Plus their country keeps on antagonizing India with its terrorists activities. India undoubtedly is the sole cricket power-house as far as revenue and viewership is concerned. Nothing damaged Pakistan cricket more than the lack of bilateral cricket with India and nothing was damaged more by the 2008 Mumbai attack than Pakistani cricket.

But they had some super stars in their team then. No superstars in the current team | | | | | Especially bowling superstars. The brilliant Asif and very promising Aamer would have been such an asset!!
