France vs Namibia: minute 65, 82 to 3. I expected a fun game, not this.
@ Brian: I did say you were going to face a really rough game. You guys DID deserve to win, but it was not easy.

At least they managed to score SOME points, not like certain other teams. |

Seconded...very disappointing... |

Looks like Samoa think they can get something out of this England game.

I liked the band playing Nena's 99 red balloons just before half time -
"Worry, worry, super scurry" . Very appropriate at the time .

Just back from Nantes watching the England - Samoa game. Not as many Samoans around as last World Cup, but a great craic. Nantes seemed like a great little town too.

Yay ... my boys are through off of a nail biter against the Azzuri, but a win is a win.
Good luck to the bog trotters against the Pumas today, tough task ahead, personally I think the Pumas will come out on top. Apparently you are going to get a huge amount from the French fans today ... now why would that be ... ?? |

Can you handle the truth ... Nick Mallets predictions ...
Frankly, would like to think that my lads can hold Argentina by less than 10 points & maybe sneak a cheeky win .... |

I have high hopes we will play Scotland like we played Ireland and we will maintain our edge over them. We beat Scotland in every game for the last 6 or 7 years (all of the games in Scotland), and since the last game 2 or 3 years ago Los Pumas have improved a lot. The only thing that could go wrong is that Felipe Contepomi has come down with a flu, and might not be able to play.
I'll keep my fingers crossed. |

was a great game against the boggies, we need to move the ball quickly at the breakdowns, as your pack was awesome.

Sadly I missed that epic night on account of having to finish "The Nuer - A description of the modes of livelihood and political institutions of a Nilotic people". Rivetting stuff. Mostly about cattle.
I hope this shall be compensated on Saturday. |
