But in the World Cup and with no other choice I'm all for Gerarrd and co. Boils down to the watchability of the EPL.... If it was Socceroos versus the 3Lions then there is no question who I'd be barracking for. Plus the Germans effectively ended the Aussies WC campaign with their 4-0 thrashing and oblivation of our goal difference, so this is kind of personal for me.

Ghana is playing better, and like they want it more. We'll see what happens in the next 5 but at the moment my glass if half empty (of a so-so tempranillo) and draining fast.
