No calamari or squid for me for a long long time!

Yes my feelings too. They didn't deserve the cup from the way they played!

Re: 2010 World Cup actual match discussion here (all matches)

Blimey that was a poor match, apart from the goal the only thing that happened was the Dutch kicking lumps out of the Spanish.

Watching the BBC goals of the tournament highlighted to me the lack in quality this time around.

Ole, ole ole ole!
[ok, so they missed a heck of a lot of opportunities, and played with the ball **wayyyyy** too much, but it's done!]
Netherlands, as cute as Sneijder is (where's that hotties of the world cup thread again??), played a rough and unfocused game.

Cingratulations Spain.

Dear vuvuzela loving neighbor, please take your horn and place it where decorum dictates I don't write.

I'm a little hungover and determined to get some sleep tonight!!

Oh wonderful, I now have car horns, vuvuzelas and Germans yelling at the vuvuzela blowers!

Yeah, the noise sucks big time. And to top it off it gives my sleeping tot nigthmares, so I am stuck with a 3yr old screaming out of her sleep every 30min due to the car horn madness and screaming outside. What a charming night..
