Thanks. Little as in 12 pages?

I do like the little dabble here and there on Betfair laying off some bets... in financial options speak, selling the at-the-moneys and buying deep outsiders, sort of like buying the tail risk and either taking a strangle or straddle position for the front runners. If that makes sense...
Check the last two F1 threads. This is litte,,,at the moment. I also bet each week. Won last week as well.

Re: The 2011 Formula One Championship

Pick a driver for the GP win.

Rules:

Whoever picks the winner will receive +1 Positive Rep from everyone else playing.

Those who pick the losers will each receive +1 Negative Rep from the Winner.

A driver can be used by one person only. Check to make sure he is available.

If you decide to play, you must dish out the points!
  1. Hamilton - Porsche1909
  2. Vettel - Kevlegs

I'm going to have a running total of points throught the season for the players. You will get the same points that your driver gets. At the end we'll do a rep thing or something for the winner. It's a work in progress. It may or not work.

The tally is as follows:
  1. 25 Magic
  2. 18 Porsche1909
  3. 12 Kevlegs
  4. 8 Sobeit

Appologies, I have now deducted the rep-points for the Australian Grand Prix.

Hope I got that right, if not let me know.

Looks like these two will be out again under the 7% rule. Liuzzi misses by 4/100ths according to my calculations.

You are right. They do all qualify. The 107% is taken from the fastest time in Q1, not the final qualifying time as I thought.

i.e. Felipe Massa's 1:36.744 in Q1. This gave a qualifying time of 1.43.516 for the 107% mark.

I was jipped when Alonso threw away his 3rd place but happy to see him finish 10+ secs ahead of Hammy.

Fantastic drive from Heidfeld. Well deserved.

Great race. Loved seeing Petrov take a mid race flying lesson then think "Feck, where's me steering gone?"

An ominous win for Vettel....

Schumi gets 2 points and ahead of Rosberg. That'll please Jaro. Speaking of Jaro, still think Heidfeld should quit

Like they just said...the move punished Alonso more than it punished Hamilton.

If Hamilton wants to be great he needs to learn to manage tyres better

A missed podium for Alonso but Hammy also lost 3rd and Alonso ended up way ahead of Hammy so he'll be happy with that.
