How to attach a CV in a private message

Please, can anybody tell me how to attach my CV in a PM? I do not have the attachment icon there. Thanks

For something with that kind of information, I would PM the person asking their work email address so that I knew exactly who had a copy of my employment history etc - then you would know exactly where it's going
