Contacting Member when their inbox is Full.

A Member PMed Me Today On Pressing send to My reply to this Person I got a Message to say that their PM box is full and The Message cannot Be Sent.
What are The Other ways to contact The Member? I've tried searching who's online and adding in the name in The Search Box, to no Avail.

Apologies for grammer mistakes, Typing On borrowed iPad.

Go to their profile and leave a "Visitor Message" but be forewarned they're not private as anyone visiting that profile page can see them.
