Re: Uploading photos

A screenshot, if possible, would be helpful to diagnose the issue.

An example of a software that one can install to take screenshots is here.

Ok could not take screen shot but this is what is says:

Your submission could not be processed because a security token was missing.

If this occurred unexpectedly, please inform the administrator and describe the action you performed before you received this error.

Re: Uploading photos

There could be a number of possibilities:

File size not within the limits
Your browser cache may need to cleared, restarted, log in and attempt to perform it again.

PS: I did not have this problem when uploading a screenshot

A free online picture resizer is here.

Re: Uploading photos

I was counting on the fact that the screenshot of the error message would be small enough to be uploaded without any issues, suspecting that the main problem was the size and resolution limits of the forum software, seeing that the OP did not have any issue in the past with small pictures. "Security thing " is rather vague to act upon.

I guessed, which is why I didn't directly quote you (you also wrote "if possible").

But don't go spoiling my fun with "facts".

Re: Uploading photos

I think jrspet is right, my pics are too big. I will do what Bertrand recommended at upload pictures in Photobucket then share the link...a lot easier

Re: Uploading photos

Best if the hosted images did not exceed 800 x 600 resolution just to be on the safe side, as otherwise it might be too big and hide out the buttons and / or distort the viewer's page.
