I don't think opinions are in danger and I doubt they will actually report the site.
They got upset and they let it out. Sh!t happens (and on EF, it happens quite a lot actually).

I wasn't around yesterday and missed all this, but to me, EF is a bit like an enclave - a bit of foreign territory, adhering to foreign EF rules, although surrounded by Swiss territory. Like the German railway station and the French railway station stuck in the middle of the city of Basel or the Consulates all over the world. And the EF members, in here, are subject to EF law and the Mods of course have diplomatic immunity anyway.
