What are "Proprietory rights" [sic] and, besides, as an amateur photographer who gets off on developing her own B&W film, I'd be tickled to think someone wanted to use my photos elsewhere. I have a CC license on my flickr stuff and am always pleased to get messages from folks who thank me for the license and that they're using them in some way. The license is 'non-exclusive' which, more or less means that if you're sharing it here, even if you charge for it elsewhere, they're not going to be obligated to pay you. Professionals don't post photos to sites with such terms so...those aspiring to be professionals probably shouldn't do so here or anywhere else outside a paywall either.
