Is the 2/4% posting limit permanent?

Just curious if the posting limit would be lifted ever or if it's a sort of Patriot Act thing. With the recent *ahem* migration of some heavy posters the numbers don't add up like they used to.

The thing is, if you're active on several threads or if you post an event, you're more than likely to exceed the 2/4% limit. There should be a more flexible system in place, which recognizes informative vs rubbish posts. Mind you, grynch and I still wouldn't be able to post frequently...

"Migration" -

If the EF migratory-types are wintering somewhere warmer and kinder to their specific species, do you anticipate that any might make a return here come spring?

Depends on how sweet and calcium rich their supposed land of milk and honey is.

maybe think of it as a warning sign. if you are hitting the limits, you need to stop using EF, or maybe start events etc. on the other forum.

Re: Is the 2/4% posting limit permanent?

As mentioned before, the numbers are seasonal..It seems like it every few months. It's kinda normal people outsource street cred in a bunch of locations, n'est pas? I think thread starting increases traffic more than just replying but I don't think traffic would be priority of this community
