This is quite a shock to me. I thoroughly enjoyed the contributions of both of these members. I never found Sandgrounder to be guilty of harassing any member in any way, and I thought Mirfield was a top-notch contributor and fair moderator. I am very sad to learn of their "departures."
While I understand that we as members are not entitled to any information/explanation, might there be any available?
(I seriously hope I don't get banned for inquiring.)
Very sad day for EF, IMO.

I've been trying to figure the same thing out myself.
If mirfield was banned, you can usually still go to the profile to see why........ but the last post was today around 11am or 12pm from what I can figure out, so I have no idea what is going on.
Mirfield !!!! Where art though ?

Seems a bit strange looking at Sandgrounder's posts from today. Nothing stands out just yet... Also the person banning her isn't named hmmm

Update: Sandgrounder appears to be un-banned now and has had her forum legend status restored. 
But Mirfield is still a guest.
