Which mod moved this to General-off topic?

It's discussing certain aspects of the primary school curriculum here in Switzerland.

I can't remember all of the history of this thread, and not all actions are recorded in a way we can see them, but there were several mod actions I can see (by more than one mod) including a thread merge (presumably in error) and a re-split; so I'm guessing that the latter put it in the wrong place. You wouldn't normally be notified of these sorts of actions, nor would anyone notice them, but for the error of subforum selection.
