Passwords should be a minimum of 8 characters including all of the following: - Capital letters
- Small letters
- Numbers
- Special characters
Example: (but please obviously do not use this example password): Password1234!
Even better if you mix them up a little or substitute letters for numbers (though it is harder to remember) like pAssW0rd!1234 | | | | | Mine is

I always write my passwords on a post it note and leave them where I can see them.
No risk of forgetting them like that!

When I had my very first computer with email, etc, my password was my dog's registration number (dangerous dog's act) which was tattooed in inch high digits on the inside of her thigh. It was also my bank card pin code for many years. | This user would like to thank Blueangel for this useful post: | |

Mods can't do much except collect complaints and IP addresses from users and pass them on. We don't know with 100% certainty who is doing it, although we have a prime suspect. However, we don't know that person's real name and they are using a zillion VPNs. I'm not sure how you prosecute that.

don't worry hackers only use binary, so don't use Tom 01 10 11 100 as a passord. | | | | | Not so fast. It could be Tom10011010010

She’s up to 11 attempts on me today, she’s obviously got more free time on her hands today.
Edit: make that 16.

I would imagine that any VPN provider at any time logs who is using that service. How else can people be prosecuted for downloading or uploading stuff etc etc?
I´m also fairly dinosaur in this (in my country we call it digibeet) but you can find out who is behind this all. But the owner of the website needs to take action.

I use a password manager, with an easy for me to remember, hard for a computer to guess password. I don't know what my ef password is - it's a random setting of letters, numbers and symbols.

No, there isn´t an overview somewhere of all attempts, at least not to my knowledge. Maybe an admin has access to that.

I don’t know if there is something on the forum that shows logon attempts, if there is I haven’t found it yet.
69 emails Sunday, 47 Monday, 5 Tuesday, 8 yesterday and 16 so far today. She seems to like me. |

I've messaged EB and asked him to post here.
