Or we could do it the Swiss way - have a vote, then the moderators propose a solution which is what they wanted in the first place but vaguely aligned with some of the words from the vote; vote again with an even less clear result; give up and leave it to the moderators anyway.

I am sure many mod and admin roles in vB can view and edit reputation.

The standard answer in the context of this thread would be to tell the requester that it is not possible. I support such an answer, after all, the mods here are not employees and not being paid - EB on the other hand, is.
