Mod shakeup

We should actually have 7 mods, one of whom is a super mod, with the super mod position being rotated each year.

From the 7, there must be at least one from Ticino, one from Romandie and one from Deutschschweiz (sorry Graubünden friends, you don't get your own guaranteed seat )

This process for making changes is broken, and IMO it has an impact on the whole atmosphere at EF.

Editor Bob or the group of existing mods need to provide a proper explanation, otherwise my impression is that the whole mod process is hard to trust and following on from that our trust in the mods reduces.

Roegner has lost most of her Admin Control Panel powers, exactly the same as happened before christmas, and I would be surprised if it wasn't also true for the others. At that point, MusicChick refused to engage with any of the rest of the team, so we were never able to confirm whether she still retained all her powers or not.

Nah, it's just the title vBulletin (and Discourse) use for moderators. Nothing special about it.

Unfortunately, there is no such group in any position to tell you, or indeed to work out ourselves, what exactly has happened and why.

For other's info, this is part of long-standing feud between FMF and another member where he consistently attempts to wind her up with accusations based on something completely unrelated to current topics. This is why he was given an infraction.
