I tried to ban a Mod once -just for a test. It didn't work. We are invincible!

After giving a red rep to a specific message for a specific behavior, the person in questions take revenge with this justification:
for drive by repping. tut tut
This is not a rep about a specific message of mine, thus this IS a drive by repping from him. In other words: he is doing exactly what he is falsely accusing me of. I read somewhere that this is not allowed. Does that rule still apply?

Thus, it would be akin to reading/browsing, and bad repping whatever doesnt tickle your fancy. Not sure if there is a rule for this, or not, but I would probably advise against bad repping comments if you havent had any activity on the forum as it seems petty and somewhat cowardly for want of a better word.
