Unable to save .jpeg images

Hi,

I need some assistance: I am trying to save an image to my personal settings, but it is not possible and I get an errors stating that the image is not uploaded. Even when I change the file type and reduce the size to 600x300 it does not work.

Please advise.

If you're trying to upload an avatar image from the Web, try copy pasting the link into the appropriate box. It's easier than saving to desktop > searching > uploading...

Read the part just under the "Choose File" button.

Note: The maximum size of your custom image is 120 by 120 pixels or 64.0 KB (whichever is smaller).
