There are many sites out there that trawl forums and take content to use as a big database of reviews etc... it's quite common. Boardreader is something similar http://boardreader.com/s/english%20forum.html

They DO also link the source, so it's not as though they are stealing content as their own, and it's nothing you can't find with a quick Google anyway. .
