I wanted to organize once or twice a month a drink to meet people in Geneva, but what has been written in the last I've made is just telling me "don't do it".

I understand what people wrote, but it has actually nothing to do with my problems (which are under control).

I just want to say that if I didn't turn to the drink, it was because I misunderstood a verb, due to my bad English. Just a verb I didn't understand in the way it was used. That's all. It was just too late when I read what Odile wrote about it.

I have a rich social life now, thank you, and I wanted to share it with you, in Geneva.

But now I'm no more sure.

Just think a bit more about your reactions. You judge us by a set of rules we haven't even read. We can only hurt you if you let us have that role.

My last comment here. Just to say that as a French speaker, I can understand how Bertrand thought that 'I don't expect him to be there' - was a negative comment which read 'I hope he won't be there'- hence the fact he took offense. I did warn him, but sadly he didn't see my message on time.
A great pity all round. Nasty comments at this stage serve little purpose, so I hope it will stop. I'm sure he understands he has made a mistake and that organising events is not is Forte. Forgive and forget - let go. Please.
