"Cranium" board-game available here?

Hello People,
I really want to buy the board-game "cranium".
Have been hearing a lot about it from friends.
Is the ENGLISH version available here in switzerland?
We live in Basel and i found a German version here ,in a toy shop, which is of no use to me.

Where may I buy the game,in Basel, or in Switzerland?
How is the game?
Which edition do you suggest?
Is the box too big to carry in a suitcase from the U.k?
(My friend is going there)
Do you know a better board-game than this?

The wife and I have been married 2 years, and we have no kids as yet.We have other friends who are couples too , and one of them do have a 4 year old kid.

Thanx a bunch!!!

It's a fun side party game for double dates or a few friends chilling.

If you're interesting in a good board game, I personally can't see any game that beats Settlers of Catan.
