'Tis the season....for grilling (dependent on the weather). Just curious what people like to grill.

Spicy chicken kebabs and home made burgers and when the heats dying down, throw some wet hickory chips on the coals and hot smoke some salmon steaks

Tuna steaks (but keep em moist)

On sundays I sometimes buy a large joint of pork, beef or lamb. Roast is in the oven in the narmal way then finnish it on the BBQ for the last 20 mins or so.

Whole pork filets
Prunes wrapped in bacon
Aubergine, courgette and sheeps cheese cut into cubes and wrapped in tin foil
Whole or Half Rump Steak not cut.
Then the other usual rubbish, whicken wings, sausages etc

King prawns
Kippers

used to be deer, beer, moose and other road kill animals, but here all the road kill are cats and fox....
