Re: Have you ever tried any Moroccan food before? ?

I L O V E Moroccan food! (actually.. I love all food but anyway..)
Made some at home on a couple of occasions.
It's like an Indian curry to me in the way that eating it at restaurants does not come close to freshly made home cooked food. I'm NO professional chef in any way and I'm not trying to say how my cooking rules (it really doesn't.. At all!) it's just that at home one can take the time to cook and eat the food once it's done. Makes a difference in flavor when it's re-heated (well, to me anyway.. I can taste when potatoes and chicken especially have been reheated).

I love Moroccan food as well. We always have a jar or two of home-made preserved lemons on the go to throw into lamb or chick tajines.

Although I'd had Moroccan food loads of times in France, the best has been in Morocco, up in the mountains shared with a Berber family, eating out of a big communal bowl.

Of course you can. If I can find it in Lausanne, I'll bet you could probably in quite a few other places as well.

And if you don't want to leave your house you can buy it here:

or here:

We live up in the sticks, and can't find any in our nearest French town either. So thanks for link. I've bookmarked the page.
