I L O V E Moroccan food! (actually.. I love all food but anyway..)
Made some at home on a couple of occasions.
It's like an Indian curry to me in the way that eating it at restaurants does not come close to freshly made home cooked food. I'm NO professional chef in any way and I'm not trying to say how my cooking rules

(it really doesn't.. At all!) it's just that at home one can take the time to cook and eat the food once it's done. Makes a difference in flavor when it's re-heated (well, to me anyway.. I can taste when potatoes and chicken especially have been reheated).
