It's a mini ATX mobo, spacing etc was designed for passively cooled chips, for HTPC etc. The ION is quite sluggish and used in Netbooks, some configs barely manage HD video and most modern games will be unplayable. Having said that, it will make a great MAME platform to run all the old C64 game which is what makes it that bit more special. It will be faster under the supplied Ubuntu, but Windows is really going to be out of place on it. It's a dual core 4 threaded CPU but I don't see it as a replacement PC for intensive work.
Congrats though , it makes me smile to look at it.
